Due to the issue above, recently, many orders that have been made by temporary visitors to Japan, with their shipping address listed as their hotel/ryokan/etc., are unable to receive their packages due to leaving before the order arrives.
Therefore, we must unfortunately end allowing customers to have orders sent to hotels and other temporary accommodations, so as to lessen the trouble caused by orders being missed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
The following place addresses will no longer be accepted for delivery: Hotels, ryokan, vacation rentals, weekly mansions, etc.
