About Points

★Points have great value! 1pt = 1 Yen! 

When you shop via our online store or any physical MOOOSH store, you earn 1pt (point) for every ¥200 spent. (Shipping fees are not eligible for point use.)
Points are added within one business day after your order ships, and can be used both at our online store or any brick-and-mortar MOOOSH store at a rate of 1pt = 1 yen. 
We also run mutli-point earning campaigns regularly, so be sure to check them out!

  
● Point Expiration
Points expire 6 months from the date of your last point acquisition.
Example: If you earn 100 points on January 1st and another 100 points on February 1st, the expiration date for the January 1st points is extended. The combined 200 points will then expire 6 months from February 1st.



 
● How to Use Points
1) Enter the number of points you wish to use on the shopping cart screen and click “Use Points.”
2) Confirm the amount after points are deducted, and proceed to checkout
※When using point discounts, they cannot be combined with other coupons.
※When placing an order using points, you can earn new points based on the total amount after the point discount.
