Q : What payment methods are available?
A : In addition to various credit cards (VISA/JCB/Mastercard®/American Express), you can also pay by the following methods
Apple Pay / Google Pay / PayPal / Shop Pay / WechatPay / Alipay / AlipayHK are also available.
When you register for the first time, enter your shipping address and click the "Proceed to Payment" button to select from the list of available payment methods.
Q : I would like to know about shipping methods and shipping charges.
A : Free shipping is available for orders of ¥10,000 JPY or more for international customers, or ¥5000 for domestic customers.
[For Japanese domestic orders]
For orders within Japan, delivery will be made by Sagawa Express.
*Only in Okinawa Prefecture, delivery will be by Yu-pack.
A shipping fee of ¥770 JPY (excluding Okinawa Prefecture) will be charged per order if the total purchase amount is ¥4999 JPY or less.
*If your order is shipped to Okinawa Prefecture, the shipping fee will be ¥1,890 JPY per order.
[For orders from outside Japan]
There are three shipping methods.
Shipping charges will vary depending on your country of residence and shipping method selected.
A shipping fee will be charged per order if the total purchase amount is ¥9,999 JPY or less.
You can check the shipping fee before payment, so please select the shipping method that is most convenient for you.
EMS (customs duty may be charged depending on the purchase price)
DHL (surcharge will be applied)
DHL DDP (surcharge and ¥3,300 JPY customs duty prepaid charge)
Q : Can I buy a large quantity in bulk?
A : Please be aware that our online store sets limits on each order, as per the following:
Total number of products: maximum 20 items
Total purchase price: Up to 20,000 JPY
Q : When will my order be shipped?
A : With the exception of pre-order items, orders are usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days.
If your order contains pre-order items, all the other items will be shipped together with the pre-order items.

We will send you a shipment completion e-mail after sending out the parcel, but if you do not receive the e-mail, please contact us.
Q : I did not receive an email after purchase or registration.
A : There are three possible causes.
The registered e-mail address is incorrect.
The automatic reply e-mail from our store has been rejected due to your e-mail reception settings.
The notification e-mail has been sorted into the junk e-mail folder.
Our emails will be sent to you from "customer_service@i-bloom.com".
Please check your registered address, adjust the settings to allow reception from our address or domain, or check your junk and spam folders.
Q : Can I cancel my order?
A : Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges other than for initial defects .
Also, please note that items that are pre-ordered or made-to-order cannot be canceled.
Q : Can you ship to an address other than the one registered by the customer?
A : It is possible to change the shipping address. Please enter your preferred shipping address on the order screen.
Please note that it is not possible to change the shipping address after an order has been placed.
Q : Is it possible to purchase by the box?
A : Yes, as long as the item has a "Purchase by box" sign on the product page.

Q : Is gift wrapping available?
A : Currently, our online store does not offer gift wrapping.
