Shipping charges

●About free shipping over ￥10,000 (for international customers outside of the United States and Canada):
If the total value of your order is worth 10,000 Japanese yen or more, you will receive free shipping.
※Note that free shipping does not mean that any local tariffs, import taxes, customs fees, VAT, etc. are covered. The customer alone is responsible for bearing the cost of any additional charges set by local governments.   

※For deliveries to the United States and Canada, shipping is free for orders totaling ¥20,000 or more.
*Shipping charges are not included in the total amount.
*If you use coupons or points and the total amount is less than ¥20,000, free shipping will not be applied. If you wish to receive free shipping, please check the total amount after using coupons or points.

※To American military members:
We are unable to ship to any military bases outside of the country of Japan. If you wish to order from us, please use a shipping address that is off-base. We ask for your understanding.

●Shipping Methods and Shipping Charges
［For orders placed within Japan］
Shipping method is by Sagawa Express.
A shipping fee of ￥770 (excluding some areas) will be charged per order if the total purchase amount is ￥9,999 or less.
Delivery to Okinawa Prefecture (including remote islands) is ￥1,890 per order.


［For orders from overseas］
The shipping method is mainly EMS.
※Customers residing in the United States and Canada will receive their orders via FedEx.
Shipping fees vary depending on your country of residence/shipping method selected.
★You can check the shipping fee before you make your payment. 
*Duty may be charged on EMS deliveries depending on the purchase price.
